Just wondering is there any old-school investors who dare to put some spare change into this new brave world? For me it's been a long story, I started playing with Bitcoin in 2013, buying some 100 BTC for $400 per coin. It took me almost an year to sell them without loss and the subject was closed until recent hype. Can you imagine my frustration when bitcoin price hits 1000, then 1200 and 1500?? I could have bought a new Tesla if I kept the coins . So I decided to jump into moving train again and bought 33 BTC for $1575 each and 98 ETH for $90 per coin.
So far I'm +22-24% on paper, and it's nothing comparing with movement some of altcoins have. Another step for me is to play with ICO (initial coin offering), kinda analog of IPO. I put ut 4 BTC in one ICO (priced $0.5 per token), the weird thing about them aside from the whole blockchain staff is that they already have another tokens on different platform trading about $0.6 per token, so hope to get 60-70% gain in couple of weeks when they get listed. Disclaimer: For me it's 100% ultra-high risk assets, so I definitely don't recommend anyone to put money in it, but it could be useful to keep an eye on it, the cryptocurrencies markets are alike stock markets in 1920 - no regulation, thin market, huge amount of scam and insider trading.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
