How are you holding up, fellow Monerobros? Will XMR pump in expectations of the Monero V fork or will the a crashing proceed?
Will binance support the MoneroV fork or should I transfer my XMR out of binance?
Ithink itll pump again right before the fork. im planning to sell half my stack right before and then buy it back when it dips after.
can't wait until the hardware wallet support comes out after the upgrade.
the fork is just bullshit being pulled by abc agencies to find our outputs. dont use the forked coins.
Monero is great, but it's not a pump coin.
It's technically considered a hodl coin.
It's a functional coin. People should simply use it, not hoard it. That's why it's been outperforming BTC for a while. Between BTC and XMR, you're better off holding XMR. This is a fact, just look at the BTCXMR chart over the past year.
Does banning this make it more or less valuable? In other words, if the ECB banned this, would you be bullish or bearish?
Bull. No-one who uses if for drugs or guns will stop, all that will happen is more people will use it. Streisand effect basically.
The recent for has been proven to be big trouble and easily hacked.
Bullish as doing it automatically validates the entire purpose of Monero.
Banning is an admission that it cannot be regulated. This would broadcast to everyone who wanted to hide wealth from the government that Monero is a viable option.
Personally, any type of government action against it means they are afraid, which is what I want. I want crypto to destroy the nation state.
This will get banned just like Petro. You really think the government is going to allow this coin?
They said the same about bitcoin. Petro got banned because Trump doesn't want money to flow that third world socialist paradise.
I highly doubt the recen petro ban is going to lead towards a mass ban in cryptocoins or anything like that.
Monero is a fine coin and anyone else who say so clearly hasn't looked intoo. That said this coin getting banned anytime soon isn't going to happen so no worries.
Doubtful. Banning monero or any other cryptocoin would just lead towards people hiding in the dark net anyways and go back to being used for more illicit goods then anything. That and banning petrocoin is a good reason due to Venezuelan government mostly likely manipulating it.
